I am Angelo Di Mario, owner of TALIA TRUFFLES based in Campoli Appennino (FR), who for forty years has been involved in the research, collection, selection and distribution of fresh truffles in Italy and abroad , proud to contribute to making the ancient traditions of my town through culinary delicacies where the main ingredient is truffles.

Campoli Appennino, renowned land of "quarrymen" (so called truffle hunters), in this unique and irreplaceable territory for the gifts that the land gives back , I was lucky enough to be born and to be able to cultivate my greatest passion, which later became my job, to spend whole days together with my loved ones and my trusty dogs, lost in the middle of the mountains, between turkey oak, beech and downy oak in search and quarrying of the precious truffle in all its qualities.
In close contact with the best local truffle hunters, TARTUFI TALIA is born, which remains of a clear family imprint, where experience coexists with high professionalism and above all with careful attention to customers, including prestigious specialty shops. restaurants, high quality and starred restaurants, large national and international companies and famous people who reward us by supplying exclusively from us.
We work the truffle entirely by hand , choosing and selecting it personally, so as to have a high quality at the right price .
